Every Veda Stretch piece is made to order the moment you place it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, nothing is overproduced, and nothing goes to waste. It's a more thoughtful way to make clothing — and it means each piece is created just for you.

Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit. We know that's a commitment, so we work hard to make sure you can order with complete confidence.

How we help you choose right

• True-to-life photos. Our product images are shot to show the real colors, fabric and fit as accurately as possible — what you see is what you'll receive.
• Detailed measurements. Every product comes with sizing information, and our size guide walks you through measuring yourself in under a minute.
• Premium materials. We use high-quality, soft-stretch fabrics and threads, finished with care so your pieces look and feel beautiful wear after wear.
• Real help before you buy. Unsure between two sizes? Message us before ordering and we'll gladly help you find your fit.

Our quality promise

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send anything back.

How to report an issue

• Email us via our contact page within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo showing the damage, defect or incorrect item.
• We'll review it and reply within 1–2 business days with your replacement or refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Before you order

Please double-check your size, color and shipping address before checking out, as production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to update it.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
