Every Veda Stretch piece is made to order by our production partner, then shipped straight to you with tracking. Here is exactly what to expect.

Free shipping

Enjoy free tracked shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, the UAE, Switzerland, Norway, China and Kazakhstan — no minimum spend.

For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, and you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

How it works

In total, most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of ordering. Times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, holidays or customs delays.

Where we ship

We ship to around 70 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status any time from your account.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate and send a replacement if it's lost.

Wrong address?

Because production starts quickly, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
