These Terms of Service govern your use of vedastretch.com (the "Store"), operated by Veda Stretch ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and orders

We make every effort to display colours, fabrics and details accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the Store and include any taxes and duties displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

3. Shipping

Shipping times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Veda Stretch or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
