Free shipping
Every order ships free with tracking to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum spend.
Delivery time
Your order arrives within 7–15 business days in total from the day you place it. Times can be longer during peak seasons, holidays or customs processing.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority when your parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices unless they are shown at checkout.
Late or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number. We will investigate and send a free replacement or a full refund if the parcel is lost.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
